    spacious room
    cozy sitting area
    limited pillows

We had a wonderful stay and loved the spacious room with a kitchenette and a cozy sitting area! Enjoyed some nice relaxation at the spa and sauna after exploring the city. I wish there were more pillows on the bed, but we would definitely come back and recommend it to others! 😊

The location was not far from the city center.

I was frustrated by the lack of available dining options during peak times. The double beds were uncomfortable with separate mattresses. I found the pillows to be lumpy and unsatisfactory for a good night's sleep.

It's 20 minutes on foot from the center. hotel stands on the river Isor. It's nice to walk in the evening. next building has a very nice grocery store. Room is clean, cozy. Special thanks to the restaurant staff for the wonderful breakfast and warm welcome. They made a delicious omelette to order.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the curtain covering the huge window on the first and second floors did not work. The master came only the next day and from 4 am we had to sunbathe in the summer sun in our beds. Sleeping was impossible. The employee at the reception that we asked to reserve seats in the restaurant included a fool and had a lot of fun in our English, which is actually at a decent level. And the first time in my husband's many travels left without a compliment on his birthday. Free beer and water were not put regularly. I had to remind him. One time they didn't clean the room. It was true that there was no sign to clean the room. In general, you have to control everything and remind yourself. The air conditioning was forced. It wasn't regulated.

Definitely liked the location - a quiet area, 20 minutes walk from Marien Platz. Breakfasts are very good, waiters are friendly, they offer coffee, eggs, omelette, not counting the buffet with lots of sausages, cheeses, yogurts, vegetables, fruits, sausages and more. We used the free sauna (open from 17:00 to 23:00). swimming pool - the price would not be a hotel. Bathrobes and slippers are free before visiting the sauna. Although we expected to find them right in the room. double-decker room has a kitchen area with a bar. minibar was renewed daily with 2 bottles of water and 2 beers. Dishes for two, too. Not quite logical, because the room was booked for three. soundproofing of the rooms was very decent. Parking. parking lot, although expensive, is very comfortable. It helped us a lot because we were in the car. elevators in the hotel go down to the parking lot, so there are no problems with moving luggage from car to room and back.

The room hasn't been updated in a while. Sharpened, but not critical. Curtain control, climate control (centralized) wasn't working. Couldn't fix it. Since the room was bunk, it was very hot in the mezzanine. We were rescued by hanging a note for the cleaners "Nicht schließen, bitte" on the open window handle (do not close it, please). The layout of the upper bathroom is strange, to say the least. The toilet is practically pressed against the wall with one side. The doors in the room were very squeaky. It's very uncomfortable at night. There were problems with the cleaning, too. Waking up, going to breakfast. Knowing that the room wouldn't be cleaned in time for breakfast, we'd hang up the "Do not disturb" sign. They changed it to "We ask you to clean up", leaving for town at 11 o'clock. We'd come back in three hours, the room wasn't cleaned. I had to call the cleaning lady from reception and wait in the lobby until it was cleaned. We also had to remind them of the minibar upgrade.

great location but room could use updates

The staff were cute and cheerful. I loved that there was a supermarket right next door, easy to stock up on snacks and meals. The city view from my room added a lovely touch.

About what's inside: I'll say right away that the hotel is old, cleanliness is maintained carefully. For example, you could dig up stains on the wall or on the carpet. I didn't have to touch those stains, so they didn't embarrass me. In San. uzel everything was sparkling, bed was white and comfortable - this is important for me. There was a kitchen. I didn't cook, For living and daily cooking it was not particularly designed: the minimum set of appliances present - spoons. forks, plates, knife, kettle, I think that's it. Breakfast: Every day is the same. it's always delicious, Scrumble. everything, 2 or 3 kinds of cheese, sausages, etc, choice is small.. there is, in general, Leaving always full. PERSONAL: All responsive and considerate... PERSONAL: The quiet and sleeping area of Munich... Where the locals live. there are few tourists, city centre is 25 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop around the corner. Every 10 minutes (really) the bus number 132 arrives and it takes 15 minutes to reach the centre. From the center. bus also takes you practically to the hotel, If we take into account that accommodation in the center is much more expensive. then to ride the bus and look around us embarrassed in general))) in general, although the location seems remote from the center, no problems it created, Next to the hotel there is a supermarket. an ordinary local supermarket. where you can buy any food: fruit, cheese, alcohol, GENERAL NOTE: I recommend,

Perfect location for relaxing with your child, leisurely walks along the green area and along the river to Munich city centre. The hotel staff is attentive and friendly. Quality cleaning every day, enough towels, water drinking in the room every day - these are pleasant bonuses when relaxing with a young child in the warm season.

family room on the second floor was stuffy (the weather was +22), open window also did not save. Uncomfortable too soft cushions, if there is a problem with the neck or back, you should keep it in mind, sleep without a pillow at all. Breakfast is not bad. there are nuances - almost all hot fried and quite sharp, few light and dietary products (except yogurt and lazy oatmeal), We overcooked the eggs and omelets to order several times - we wrote it off on the fact that a large number of guests and restaurant could not cope. Although the staff did their best. it was obvious, in general. we really hoped for a good breakfast, expectations were not met. There was a shower. the masters could not invite because of the Easter holidays

It was just an ideal choice for a holiday in Munich with great value. The REWE store next door made stocking up on snacks super easy. Try to get a room away from the street for a quieter night.

I was pleased to have a mini kitchen with a fridge. Free water - 2 bottles and beer - 2 bottles were put into the fridge every day. The room was quiet enough. The hotel has a very nice restaurant.

In the maisonette, the temperature on the lower floor is lower than on the upper floor, so upstairs, where the main sleeping area is located, is more stuffy. We had a child sleeping on an extra bed downstairs and he was chilly at night, while we were stuffy on the second floor. The cupboards on the second floor are also not very comfortable and the lower floor does not even have hooks for outerwear. And it's not very comfortable to go down the stairs to the bathroom at night. Slippers and bathrobes are not provided - for information, who is very important.

Convenient location, not far from the center. Nearby grocery store Rewe, around the corner rewe to go to the gas station. ... In front of the hotel there is a paid city parking lot (there is no free parking in the city at all). Parking works like this: from 9 am to 18 - pay 9 euros for everything. From 18 to 23 nobody can park except Munich residents themselves - you need a special piece of paper, put under the glass. From 23 to 9 for free for everyone. . The hotel itself also has a parking lot for 19 euros a day... We parked in the common, no one wrote us a fine)) . Inside the room there's a kitchen, free two bottles of water and two beers. There is even a tablet - you can use it while you're staying. . In the basement there are two washers and two dryers. At reception you can buy coins and use them. Everything is usually busy at night, but no one is available early in the morning).

Service personnel break into the room after 5 seconds of knocking, offer free tea and coffee in bags. We didn't even have time to get to the door as they already open the door with their key! They didn't bother to hang up the sign, it helped... We saw a cockroach in the room!

It Was good for my requirement & my budget. Clean & quite. The overall ok .

The 2 floors room was unsafe for children where I had to look after my 2 years kid from falling down the stairs all the time. Small restaurant with less food varieties for the breakfast.
